What are the session hours?

Session #1 : Friday February 17th 6 pm to 1 am
Session #2 : Saturday February 18th 12 pm to 6 pm
Session #3 : Saturday February 18th 7 pm to 1 am
Session #4 : Sunday February 19th 12 pm to 6 pm

How much are admission tickets?

Early Bid: $15 tax included (limited quantities)
Presale: $20 tax included
Regular: $25 tax included (after February 12th)

What is included with the purchase of a ticket?

Admission to one session and an Ecocup sampling glass.

How much is a Brew Buck worth?

1 Brew Buck = $1.

What is the deadline to buy tickets, Brew Bucks, etc. at the presale price?

February 12, 2017.

Can I use a prepaid credit card or gift card to buy tickets online?

No.

I cannot attend the event anymore. May I receive a reimbursement?

No, tickets are not refundable.

Is it possible to buy tickets elsewhere than at online?

Yes, tickets are also available at the different ticket outlets.

I purchased my ticket for the wrong date. Can I exchange it?

Yes, but only until January 27, 2017 by sending a request by email to info@brewfest.ca

Is it possible to buy tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door at the regular price of $25 (including taxes) if the event isn’t sold out.

What is the advantage of purchasing my ticket in advance?

You save 30% off the regular ticket price and guarantee access to the event.

At what time does the event box office close?

The box office will close one hour before the end of each session.

Is my ticket valid for all sessions?

No, it is only available for the session written on the ticket.

Is it possible to validate my presale ticket directly on my smart phone?

Yes

Can I receive my products purchased online by mail?

No, products bought online are collected at the entrance to the event.

How do I go about collecting my RFID wristband, glass and Brew Bucks purchased in advance?

You must go to the event’s box office with your electronic or paper ticket.

If I bought two tickets in the same transaction, do both people have to present themselves at the same time?

No. Each ticket bought will generate a single electronic ticket.

Can Brew Bucks be purchased at the event?

Yes, Brew Bucks will be available for purchase on site.

What are the Brew Bucks for?

Brew Bucks are used to purchase beer and food samples using your RFID equipped wristband.

How many Brew Bucks are required for a beer sample (4 oz.)?

On average, 4 oz. beer samples will require between 2 and 4 Brew Bucks ($2-4).

How many Brew Bucks are required for food samples?

On average, food samples require between 6 and 8 Brew Bucks.

How many different kinds of beer will there be?

There will be over 100 different kinds of beers.

How many breweries will there be?

There will be over 30 breweries from Ontario and Quebec.

Is there Parking?

There is an underground parking at Lansdowne Park. There is also parking on the neighbouring streets.

Is it possible to get to the event for free with OC Transpo?

Your presale ticket gets you free service on all OC Transpo routes, starting three hours before the event until three hours after the event.
If you’re buying your ticket at the door, regular OC Transpo fares apply for travel to the event, so buy your ticket in advance!

What is the format of the tasting glass?

In order to be environmentally responsible, this year you we receive a 10oz Ecocup reusable plastic glass. A limited amount of souvenir glasses will be available for purchase.

Can I bring my own glass.

No.

Does the purchase of a ticket and glass include Brew Bucks?

No.

What payment methods are accepted on site?

Your cashless RFID wristband will be the only payment method accepted. However, you may use cash, credit or debit to top-up your wristband at the top-up stations on site

Will there be an ATM machine on site?

Yes, there will be ATMs inside.

Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes.

Is the event open to all ages?

No. The event is for those 19 and over. Make sure to have ID with you.

Is there a smoking section?

By-law does not allow smoking in outdoor public areas. Smoking will only be allowed off the Lansdowne Park grounds.

Is there a coat check?

Yes, at the cost of $3.
